All sales and payments are final.

Summit Phone Repair does not offer refunds for:

  • Repair services
  • Parts installed
  • Diagnostic fees
  • Deposits
  • Missed or canceled appointments
  • Charges authorized through our website
  • Completed or partially completed services

Warranty Service Instead of Refunds

If you experience an issue with a repair, your remedy may be covered under our Lifetime Warranty Policy (or applicable limited warranty, such as battery replacements).

Approved warranty claims are handled through part replacement—not refunds.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Submitting a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us first may result in:

  • Suspension of future service
  • Account restrictions
  • Denial of non-warranty work

We encourage customers to reach out to us directly so we can review any concerns.
